Since 2005, High Mark Homes has been building superior quality houses in Grande Prairie, Alberta. Co-founders and brothers, Carston and Tyler Siebert, were born on a farm just outside Grande Prairie (LaGlace), and are proud to have the opportunity to offer people the premium craftsmanship and home designs they're looking for. High Mark Homes has earned a reputation for building market ready and custom homes that are as solid as they are beautiful, functional and comfortable - experience the quality!

A Dynamic & Dedicated Team

High Mark Homes employs young, energetic team players, most of whom are either Journeyman or apprentice carpenters. We encourage our employees to enroll in the apprenticeship program so we can maintain the high standards of craftsmanship that people have come to expect from us as leaders in the home construction industry.

We only use subcontractors with outstanding reputations, who offer quality workmanship and warranty their work.

Carston Siebert – Owner / CEO

Carston has been with High Mark Homes right from the beginning. In fact, it was his idea to start High Mark Homes as a company dedicated to raising the bar for the local construction industry.

As the company's CEO, Carston serves many roles, including everything from working with customers on custom homes to designing new house plans, assisting with interior design and selecting new lots to overseeing day to day operations.

When he isn't working with the High Mark team, Carston is actively involved with the Canadian Home Builder Association, where he currently serves as President and is a board member. He also enjoys spending time with his wife, Sharon, and his 4 children, Broden, Ryler, Denvyr, and Stetson, as well as snowboarding and sledding in the mountain.

Tyler Siebert – Owner / Chief Financial Officer

While Tyler's role as Chief Financial Officer keeps him more behind the scenes than involved in day to day construction activities, he has been a driving force of High Mark Homes since the beginning.

When he isn't overseeing the financial and investment decisions for the company, Tyler enjoys a wide variety of outdoor activities, including boating, sledding, and camping, along with spending quality time with his family and friends.

George Genio – General Manager

Born in Squamish B.C., George moved to Grande Prairie in the spring of 2002 with his wife Lorielei and their two daughters, Raylene and Morgan-Lee.

He joined the High Mark team as a supervisor in January of 2014, where he quickly proved his value as a leader and was promoted to General Manager later that same year.

In his role as General Manager, George initiates and oversees much of the company's major decisions, while also helping to keep High Mark's CEO, Carston, in line and on his toes. Most days, you will find him overseeing schedules for suppliers, trades and sub trades, while helping to foster respectful and mutually-rewarding relationships between the High Mark team, their customers, suppliers and trades.

George is a member of the CHBA-Grand Prairie’s Technical Committee and also sits on the board at the provincial level.

Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, and travelling to tropical destinations.

Born and raised in Bezanson, near Grande Prairie, Danny joined High Mark Homes in the summer of 2009 as an apprentice carpenter. In 2013, he received his Red Seal ticket and has since been promoted to Site Supervisor.

When he isn't helping to build beautiful new homes, Danny enjoys spending time outdoors, particularly skiing, as well as learning how to brew beer.

Ty Anderson - Warranty & Service Supervisor

Born in Surrey, B.C., Ty lived in Calgary, A.B. and Victoria, B.C. before accepting a position as a labourer with High Mark Homes and settling down in Grande Prairie with his wife, Cara, in July of 2013.

Since then, Ty has become an apprentice carpenter and is currently in his 3rd year of studies. In August, 2015, he was promoted to Warranty and Service Supervisor, a position he enjoys because it allows him to ensure customer satisfaction, while giving him the added bonus of an office upstairs beside George's.

When he isn't working, Ty enjoys spending time with his wife and the pets she tricked him into owning, as well as skiing, skeet shooting, cooking, playing volleyball, and generally outdoing every other High Mark employee when it comes to athletics.
